Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Hifan Global Consultants ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (hifanconsultants.com) and your engagement with our consultancy services.
By signing a retainer agreement, paying a consultation fee, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.
Scope of Services
Hifan Global Consultants provides specialized advisory and processing facilitation in the following areas:
A. Study Visa Consultancy
- Career counseling and university selection.
- Assistance with admission applications and scholarship guidance.
- Student visa application filing and interview preparation.
B. Business Immigration
- Consultancy for investor visas, entrepreneur programs, and business establishment abroad.
- Guidance on documentation regarding net worth, source of funds, and business plans.
C. Skilled & Professional Migration
- Consultancy for immigration based on academic and professional qualifications (e.g., General Skilled Migration, Express Entry).
- Assistance with skills assessments and points-based system applications.
D. Work Visa Consultancy
- Guidance on work permit applications and employment-based visas.
- Note: We are a consultancy, not a recruitment agency. We do not guarantee job placement abroad unless explicitly stated in a specific written agreement.
E. Visit Visa Consultancy
- Processing for tourist, family visit, and business visit visas.
No Guarantee Disclaimer
Hifan Global Consultants acts solely as an advisor and facilitator.
Final Authority
The granting of any visa, permit, or citizenship is at the sole discretion of the respective government authorities (e.g., UK Home Office, USCIS, IRCC, Australian Department of Home Affairs).
No Guarantees
We do not and cannot guarantee the success of any application. Previous success rates (e.g., 99%) are statistical representations of past performance and do not guarantee future results for your specific case.
Client Obligations
Provide Truthful Information
All information provided in assessment forms and applications must be accurate, current, and complete.
Submit Genuine Documents
You represent that all documents submitted (degrees, transcripts, bank statements, work experience letters) are genuine and authentic.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Hifan Global Consultants has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. If you provide fake, forged, or doctored documents, we reserve the right to terminate your services immediately without refund and may report the incident to relevant authorities.
Timeliness
You agree to provide requested documents and attend required appointments (biometrics, medicals, interviews) within the timelines set by us or the immigration authorities. Failure to do so may result in application refusal.
Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Consultancy Fees
Our professional fees are agreed upon in advance and outlined in your specific invoice or retainer agreement.
Non-Refundable Policy
Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, all service fees paid to Hifan Global Consultants are non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether the visa is granted, rejected, or if you choose to withdraw your application.
Third-Party Costs
You are exclusively responsible for all third-party costs, including but not limited to:
- Embassy/Government application fees.
- University application fees.
- Medical examination costs.
- English language test fees (IELTS/PTE).
- Courier and notarization charges.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hifan Global Consultants shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Visa refusals caused by changes in immigration laws, policies, or caps after your application submission.
- Rejections due to adverse security checks, medical inadmissibility, or prior undisclosed immigration history.
- Delays in processing times by universities or government bodies.
- Loss of documents by third-party couriers or postal services.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by us, including our website text, logos, assessment tools, and application checklists, is the intellectual property of Hifan Global Consultants. You may not copy, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services immediately if:
- You breach these Terms.
- You are found to be involved in fraudulent activities.
- You behave abusively or threateningly toward our staff.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
